BODY ERECTNESS MEASURE GUIDE IN MEDITATION

Project Summary

To Develop a gadget to measure the erectness of the body during Meditation. Usually the Inner Being of a person is asleep and by the process of Meditation we tend to wake it up with the help of the Immortals by calling them but there is a tendency of the mind to fall asleep in the human body. This gadget to be developed helps a person to remain awake in the process of Meditation so that a way can be developed to measure the concentration levels achieved by the Kriya Abhyasi or Sadhak or the Aspirant.

Introduction

To develop a gadget to help a person to remain conscious in the process of Meditation and not fall asleep so that the inner being starts the process of becoming awake.

Origin Of Proposal

By practice and Observation of different techniques of Mediation (Detailed explanation is not necessary as it invites unnecessary controversies).

Problem Definition

There is a tendency of the mind to dwell in its own ideas and not concentrate on what it is supposed to do or concentrate on and in the process the Inner Being in a human body tends to fall asleep till it gets accustomed to a certain level of consciousness.

Work plan

Design of the Gadget, Develop a Prototype, Test the Equipment with different heights of people meditating preferably with a Test Bench to measure the accuracy of the body movements by observation of a team of Observers who will eventually set the standards from the readings for the people considered.

Review and Status of Research and Development in the Subject

SRF will be a better judge in this matter.
Yogoda Satsang Society (YSS) needs no introduction as such however one may visit www.yssofindia.org for more details.
From my Personal Experience it is suggested to take up Yogoda Lessons in the initial stages and practice them, read other writings of the Masters in due course of time and readings from writings of Sri Aurobindo also help to a very large extent. YSS may add suitable references.
Well when we compare India as a Nation with others in this world we guess it is important that we give an importance to the Research and Development made by the Westerners in the field of Electronics and Material Science and develop methods and technology to help people in all parts of the world to take up this Science that has been given by the Immortals which is the most Invaluable Gift to Humanity as a whole, and in this context this is a small step in the Infinite ladder of progress to be made by us.
